Manufacturing Process

We acquire fresh and quality Coco peat from Husk mills. The peat we acquired is washed to desalinize. After drying the desalinized peat we feed it to the refining process.

The Coco Peat we manufacture goes through four stages of refining. Process starts with removal of soil, stones and dust particles. Followed by moisture control. Then process the peat with removal of unwanted Husk. Then followed by removal of large fibre. And finally the Coco peat with refined smaller fibre and peat are compressed hydraulically to make the Coco Peat blocks.

The whole process doesn’t use any chemicals at all from the beginning of the process to packaging.

We manufacture washed Coco peat with low EC for agriculture and Gardens. The Coco peat we make has substantial quality which makes agricultural farming easier to manage and has low pH which is cost effective to manage. Our Low EC Coco peat is excellent growing medium for plants. So it is used for agriculture and seed germination.

Desalinization

Coco Peat for Desalinization

Salt in Coco Peat are removed in this process. The salt is removed means of supplying fresh water and the salt is washed away from Coco Peat.

Moisture Control

Factory Rear side view

The Coco Peat is which is desalinized is wet. Therefore it is sun dried..

Dust and soil removal

Feeder and Conveyers

Our filtering mechanism in our factory removes dust and any dust particles in the Coco Peat.

Large fiber removal

Filtering chains

Large fiber in Coco Peat are removed by our filtering mechanism. Therefore the Coco Peat is composed of only very fine fibers which is suitable as a perfect growing medium and composts well.

Hydraulic Compressed as Blocks

Block compressor hydrailic

The Coco Peat is finally compressed as solid blocks.
